Job Title: Data Analyst
Job Overview: The Data Analyst will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and recommendations to clients in a consulting capacity. They will work closely with client teams to understand their business needs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client teams to identify and prioritize business questions that can be addressed through data analysis.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and third-party APIs.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to client teams in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Work with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
